Berry Bump Herbal Tea Blend
Berry Bump was created as a custom tea blend for a friend's daughter during her pregnancy. It was originally made for her baby shower, and they loved it so much they requested another batch for the baby's first birthday. Formulated for the third trimester, this blend celebrates the nurturing, loving, and supportive qualities of motherhood.
Ingredients: honeybush, bilberry, cinnamon, nettle, freeze-dried strawberries, and freeze-dried blueberries.
Contraindications:
• Intended for third-trimester use only. Consult your prenatal healthcare practitioner before use.
• Safety information for medicinal amounts of bilberry during pregnancy is limited.
• If you take prescription medications or have a high-risk pregnancy or medical condition, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
In Your Dreams was created for meditation, bedtime, and dreamwork. I wanted to make a relaxing evening tea that encourages people to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with themselves before sleep.

Contraindications:
• Do not use during pregnancy due to mugwort.

• Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, or low potassium due to licorice root.
• Peppermint may worsen heartburn or reflux in some individuals.
Sisters’ Full Moon Herbal Tea Blend
Sisters' Full Moon was created as a companion to Sisters' New Moon for a women's circle Full Moon gathering. I chose herbs that are spiritually associated with women gathering together and with the energy of the full moon. While the New Moon reminds us to plant intentions, the Full Moon invites us to pause, reflect, celebrate our growth, and express gratitude. The addition of cacao nibs and warming spices creates a rich, comforting tea that I especially enjoy with a splash of milk.

Kyphi - Ancient Egyptian Temple Incense
Kyphi was my first moist incense. I was inspired to learn this ancient Egyptian temple incense because I loved how slow and intentional the process was. Today, making Kyphi has become a family tradition in our home. We all gather around the dining room table, put on a few movies, and spend the evening rolling the incense together.

• Burn in a heat-safe vessel in a well-ventilated area; avoid direct or prolonged smoke inhalation.
• Avoid use if sensitive to smoke or fragrance, or use caution with respiratory conditions such as asthma.
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended.
Peaseblossom - Fairy Incense (Kyphi style)
Peaseblossom was created as a tribute to the fairy realm and the beauty of the natural world. Its soft floral aroma encourages us to slow down, reconnect with our senses, and remember that there is still mystery and magic to be found in everyday life.
Ingredients: Pears, raisins, honey, lotus essential oil, white wine, lavender leaves, lavender flowers, copal (or pine) resin, juniper berries, frankincense, galangal root, peppermint, clove, myrrh resin, chamomile flowers, patchouli, sassafras, jasmine flowers, rose petals, and damiana powder.
